The Great — Longest Reigning Monarch
Taata Shindzev I, the Great, is the longest reigning Monarch since the inception of Mbiame Fondom. He transferred the Palace from Kovkinkar to Rifem and welcomed Christianity and Islam to Mbiame in the 1960s.

Kiforker — Guardian of Continuity
Fon Shindzev II, known as Kiforker, guided Mbiame through a decade of change, preserving the cultural traditions and institutions of the Fondom.

Fon Leh Mbijaame founded Mbiame Fondom in 1392, following their separation with Ngonso. During migration, he led Mbiame to Ngou’nso,Foutaam (Taam) and then to Tiywong where they built their first permanent palace. Fon Mbijaame and his followers later moved to Romelay Kovkinkar where he died in 1422.
